Represented two Executive Assistant Chiefs against the City of Dallas in connection with wrongful demotion. The Chiefs received over $1.7 Million in settlement.

Obtained a judgment in excess of $2.1 Million against Dallas County for wrongfully terminating three Deputy Constables.

Represented the Lubbock Police Chief against the City for wrongful termination and obtained a favorable settlement.

Represented Prairie View A&M and the A&M Regents in connection with a wrongful termination claim made by the dismissed athletic director where the claim was settled for a nominal amount.

Represented several car dealerships in Texas and Colorado in wrongful termination and/or pay dispute cases with employees with good results.

Personal Injury
Represented a family in connection with injuries in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. This case against a large restaurant chain resulted in a settlement of over $2 Million.

Sued Dallas County on behalf of the family of a woman who died in jail as a result of inadequate medical care. The County settled on the second day of trial for in excess of $300,000.

Defended two Phen-Fen distributors throughout Texas and was able to have them non-suited.

Defended a medical equipment manufacturer in a medical malpractice case and was able to get it non-suited.

Was asked by the City of Austin to do an independent investigation into a police shooting.

Obtained a $2.2 Million judgment against a doctor and her staff for inappropriate sexual touching.
