In general, the firm charges either at an hourly rate or at a fixed amount. The firm's rates currently range from $110.00/hour to $385.00/hour. My standard rate is currently $385.00/hour. These rates change periodically.

Occasionally, I will take a case on what is referred to as a "contingency basis". With these cases the Client is not charged at an hourly rate, but only if we recover. The fee percentage and the terms of the arrangement differ with each case.
